Hourly rate, depending on the job is usually between 135 € – 200 € including Danish tax (25 %). For further information, feel free to contact me.

August – November, journalist and consultant for “Doctors Days” (Laegedage) – a yearly conference for 3300 participants (Danish family physicians and their clinical staff), arranged by Organisation of General Practitioners in Denmark and The Danish College of General Practitioners. 127 courses plus several open debate arrangements took place within 5 days in Scandinavia’s largest congress,-conference,- and exhibition center Bella Center, in Copenhagen.

2014

Adviser for Family Physician Clinics. Updating their communication profiles on their homepages, in regards to their direct patient information etc.

2013

Writing health and science articles for medical medias in Danish and English.

Among others – for the Danish Patient Organizations – Colitis-Crohn Foreningen (IBD, Inflammatory bowel diseases: Colitis Ulcerosa, Morbus Crohn) and for The Danish Ankylosing Spondylitis Society (Morbus Bechterew: arthritis in the spine).

Contributor of various articles since 2000 to The Danish Medical Journal.

Research & interviews often done in English, articles were mostly written in Danish.

Researching and writing my next book.

Recorded 3 audible books (one of them, my own ”Everyday in America” ) for Nota, National library for people with reading disabilities (blind or dyslectic users).

Senior Consultant and Communication Adviser for the Organization of General Practitioners in Denmark.

  • Worked with communication strategies, website and web portal analysis, development and implementation as web editor, press contracts (national and international), press releases, speech writer, newspaper articles.
  • Coordinating Secretary for The Organization General Practitioners and The Danish College of General Practitioners Prevention Committee.
  • Adviser for The National Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention in various publications (pamphlets, books, conferences etc.) within health related preventive issues.
  • Frequent contributor and political editor (10 months) for the Danish Medical Journal and for regional medical news bulletins.
  • Member of various task forces and committees involved and responsible for organizational development within the Danish Medical Association.
